MS Teams Integration: Error: "Onboarding error"

Issue

Cannot set up the Microsoft Teams integration.

  • Console shows error, "Onboarding error"

  • When the "Permissions requested" box appears from Microsoft, the checkbox, "Consent on behalf of your organisation" is not present.

Cause

Insufficient user permissions

Resolution

Change permissions to one of these two:

  • Privileged Role Administrator

  • Global Administrator
